I have a 14 day return policy. If you are not happy for whatever reason, please reach out to me via email at email@example.com and we can work something out.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also let you know what's going to happen next.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will instruct you on an exchange process
Once the email process has started for a return or refund, I will give you all the information you need to process this via email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
